Prescription Lenses

For customized lenses outside standard range may require additional cost ranging from $65USD to $130USD ($500-1000HKD) depending on index of the lens (thickness)

For additional functionality such as transition lenses or antiblue blue coating additional cost will be charged ranging from $40USD to $65USD ($300-500HKD)

For branded, customized and functional lenses prices may range from ($880-$5000HKD)

Important: Valid spectacle prescription form must be submitted for eyewear prescription lenses
How to submit valid prescription details
A.  For clients with valid prescription on hand
            1.  Following payment of eyewear
            2.  Take a picture of a valid prescription form and send via e-mail to  twenty20vcl@gmail.com
            3.  Take a picture of proof of payment and send via e-mail to twenty20vcl@gmail.com

B.  For Clients with previous Eye Exam record or prescription record with Twenty20 Vision (1 Year Validation)
            1.  Following payment of eyewear
            2.  Please send mobile/phone number details along with full name via e-mail to twenty20vcl@gmail.com
            3.  Colleagues will search for Eye exam or prescription record
            4.  If no records are found please visit a licensed Optometrist or Ophthalmologist for Eye Exam or prescription check (Refraction) and send Valid prescription form via e-mail to twenty20vcl@gmail.com

What is considered valid Prescription form/details?

The form should clearly provide clients refractive prescription for Right and Left eye, along with pupillary distance, with a date valid within one year and signed by a licensed professional which include:
            A. Licensed Ophthalmologist
            B. Licensed Optometrist
Or a Receipt/Invoice from Twenty20 Vision stating refractive prescription for Right and Left eye, along with pupillary distance signed by a licensed Optometrist or Ophthalmologist.

i. 可即時提供有效證明文件的顧客
- 在付款前需進行以下步驟:

    1. 請拍攝度數證明文件並發送到e-mail: twenty20vcl@gmail.com
    2. 收到本店的確認訊息及收費總額後
    3. 請進行Payme付款, 請於Payme“輸入你的訊息”內輸入你的電話號碼以作識別

ii. 以Twenty20Vision紀錄 (一年內) 重配度數鏡片的顧客
- 在付款前需進行以下步驟:

     1. 請發送電話號碼及全名到e-mail: twenty20vcl@gmail.com作記錄搜查

    2. 收到本店的確認訊息及收費總額後
    3. 請進行Payme付款, 請於Payme“輸入你的訊息”內輸入你的電話號碼以作識別
    4. 如果沒有度數記錄/驗眼記錄, 請重新驗眼及拍攝度數證明文件並發送到e-mail:twenty20vcl@gmail.com

何謂有效度數證明文件?
有效文件需清楚列明度數，瞳距，並附有眼科醫生或註冊視光師簽署。而文件須為一年內簽發，顧客可提供以下三項其中一項：
      A. 由眼科醫生簽發的度數紙
      B. 由註冊視光師簽發的度數紙
      C. 由Twenty20 Vision發出附有度數及視光師資料的銷售單據
